ROANOKE, Va. - The Hollins tennis team wrapped up their 2019 fall slate at the Hollins Fall Tennis Tournament with a pair of matches against Division II opponents Saturday.
They took on King University in the first match, falling 4-1 before dropping a 3-2 match to Davis and Elkins to end the tournament.
At number one singles, Jessica Willebeek-LeMair dropped a 6-2, 6-4 decision to King's Marilyn Roustand and Kateri Johnson fell 6-0, 6-2 to Lauren Smorgonsky at number two singles. King picked up a forefeit point at number three singles.

Willebeek-LeMair got things started for Hollins, picking up a victory at number one singles over D&E's Rosalie Naber, 6-4, 6-2. Johnson dropped a 6-2, 6-0 decision at number two to Ester Bohemas while Morring picked up a forefeit win at number three singles.
In doubles, Etheridge and Cameron fell 8-0 to Elyssa Cain and Cara Long and Hollins dropped the second doubles point in the forefeit.
Hollins will finish their fall practice in two weeks and pick back up in the spring. Their first spring match is Wednesday Feb. 19 at W&L.
