Event: Riding - Hollins at the IHSA Zone 4 Region 2 Championships (Charlottesville, VA)
The lead: With the end of the regular season Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) wrapping up on Saturday, the Hollins riders took at at the region's best on Sunday. Hollins competed in the eight team, Zone 4 Region 2 Championship show to decide the representatives to the IHSA Zone 4 Finals in early April.

How it happened: Hollins riders posted a win, runner-up, one fifth, and a pair of sixth place finishes in finishing fourth in the eight team regional show.
- Hollins rider Caitlyn Sheffer earned a first place finish in Open on the Flat and backed it up with a runner-up effort in Open over Fences. By virtue of her finishes, Sheffer qualified to compete at the Zone 4 Championships on April 6th. (Riders finishing either 1st or 2nd qualify for the Zone show). Sheffer completed the season as the Reserve Champion Cacchione Cup rider in Zone 4 Region 2.
- Taylor Campbell earned a top five ribbon with her fifth place finish in Walk/Trot/Canter
- A pair of Hollins riders earned sixth place finishes, Logan Landfried (Novice over Fences) and Kaitlyn Okin (Novice on the Flat)
What's next: The IHSA Zone 4 Championships, hosted by Region 2, are scheduled to take place on Saturday, April 6th. The next team event will be the 2019 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Championships, hosted by Bridgewater College, on Saturday, April 13th.
